Poorva, Inc. is a spin-off of DataSoft Consulting, Inc., a New Jersey corporation founded in 1994 to provide top-notch consulting services to U.S. corporations. DataSoft Consulting has provided on-site consulting services to such corporations as 3-Com, Cisco, Dun & Bradstreet, Federal Reserve Bank, Invision Technologies, LSI Logic, and Merrill Lynch Poorva, the product division of DataSoft Consulting, became an independent California corporation in 2001. Since its inception, Poorva has been focused on developing high-end technical products that require an in-depth understanding of systems internals, Internet protocols, RBDMS, Object-oriented development, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing.
